RESOLUTION

Regarding the Life and Ministry of Dr. Roy L. Humphrey

Whereas Dr. Roy L. Humphrey rose from very humble beginnings in the hills of Tennessee to become a very successful soldier in the US Army and minister of the Gospel; and

 Whereas Dr. Roy L. Humphrey demonstrated great faith in Jesus Christ; and

  Whereas Dr. Roy L. Humphrey, under direction of our Lord founded and provided  sound, spiritual leadership for Home and Abroad Ministries; and

Whereas Dr. Roy L. Humphrey was a great spiritual father for thousands around the world; and

Whereas Dr. Roy L. Humphrey worked with diligence and vigor to achieve the goals of Home and Abroad Ministries; and

Whereas Dr. Roy L. Humphrey dedicated his life to helping others;

Therefore let it be resolved that we, the Board of Home and Abroad Ministries express our love, honor and deep respect to this great "soldier of the Cross".

 Be it further resolved that
            We extend our deepest sympathy, love and support to Roy's wonderful wife, Ann,  and to his entire family; and 
 
             We commit our lives to continue the great work of Home and Abroad Ministries; and

           We affirm that the leadership of Home and Abroad Ministries shall always remain the same; namely, the Holy Spirit of God.
